The guy in the picture is a caricature of Bob.  I THINK that picture was drawn by Shawn Keller, but not entirely sure.  The story behind it was a rumour filtering through the furry community that Bob created Lola Bunny and was bragging that as a result, she was his character and property.  According to the rumour, WB found out and fired Bob as a result.

The truth?  Well, Bob did design Lola Bunny, but in the same vain that anyone working for an animation studio designs a character.  It's work for hire, and anything created under that studio becomes the property of that studio.  Did Bob brag about Lola to that level?  No idea, everything I ever heard was 2nd hand stuff, and I've never met Bob personally.

But that's what spawned the picture. :)
